The Balance Theory dictates that all that is and was within the world of Requiem exists in perpetual balance, as in, exists as an opposing force to something of equal power or nature.
This theory was not penned by any mortal soul within Requiem, but instead imparted by the Masters of Chaos directly upon the entities of balance, at the time of imparting the wisdom of their purpose upon Requiem.
Balance is dictated in a planar manner.
The entities of balance for each continent, as prescribed by the Masters of Chaos, are:
